• Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, phone number, and email address provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Keeping the account login credentials (password) confidential is the member's own responsibility.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

l88cy may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, the l88cy support team must be notified immediately. The account holder remains responsible for all activity — authorized or unauthorized — until they have informed l88cy of the issue.

3Age Restriction

l88cy strictly follows a policy of keeping minors away from gaming. Users must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older to use this platform.

l88cy may request documents to verify age at any time. l88cy reserves the right to suspend an account indefinitely if the required documents cannot be provided.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for making deposits on l88cy are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed due to technical issues, please notify the support team.
• Depositing from another person's mobile banking account is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus offer is active.
• If a bonus is not activated within the specified claim period, it will be cancelled.
